We started Kytez with a simple idea: connect great businesses with exceptional people. Between us we have spent years in recruitment, HR, finance and operations around Australia, and we grew tired of watching good people and good employers miss each other. So we built the firm we always wished existed.

To us, recruitment is about more than filling a vacancy. It is about understanding people, opening up opportunities, and building partnerships that last, on trust and straight talk. Our promise is simple, and it is in everything we do: the right talent, every time.

I have spent more than 15 years in recruitment and HR, from talent acquisition and workforce planning to labour hire and people management, across mining, construction, infrastructure and professional services. With an MBA in Human Resources, I have run large recruitment campaigns and workforce mobilisation projects and built lasting client partnerships around Australia. What drives me is simple: connecting good businesses with the right people, and giving every candidate a fair shot at work that fits them.

I have spent over 10 years in finance, accounting, administration and operations for businesses across Australia, from bookkeeping and payroll to financial reporting and looking after clients. Working where accuracy, compliance and good service really matter has shown me both sides of hiring: what a business genuinely needs, and what a professional needs to do their best work. That is the perspective I bring to every placement at Kytez.
